1. Shipping Across India

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India.

2. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–14 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metros: 2–4 days after dispatch

  • Other Cities: 4–6 days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 days
    Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders - always.
No minimums, no conditions, no hidden fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track it via the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Delivery Reattempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and may be reshipped upon confirmation.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. RareReach is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
