Refund policy
Orders are typically shipped within 10–14 days depending on product availability and delivery location.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping details. Items sent back without initiating a return request first will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on all items, subject to availability.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method after a deduction of INR 100 within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
Please note that products purchased as part of a bundle are non-returnable. However, bundle items are eligible for exchange. If you still wish to return a bundle item, INR 100 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
